WET SLIPS


Annual (12 month min.) ................................	$5.00 per ft / month
Seasonal (5 month min.) .............................	$6.50 per ft / month
Monthly (1 month min.) ................................	$8.00 per ft / month
Daily ................................................................	$1.00 per ft / per day
Weekly ...........................................................	$0.75 per ft / per day (7 day minimum)

Utilities (Monthly) ..........................................	metered @ $.19 per kWh / $50.00 monthly minimum
(Daily) ..............................................	$4.00 / 30 amp; $6.00 / 50 amp (per cord)

All wet slips are based on boat length or slip length, whichever is greater. All wet slips will be charged for utility fees.

Minimum rates apply to all wet slips. All fees are subject to State Sales Tax and Florida Submerged Land Lease fees. All Leases require a Security Deposit. All Reservations require credit card information. Wet slip assignments are not guaranteed and may change at the discretion of management. Rates are subject to change at any time without notice.
